Nederland
Binnen Nederland en België geldt een vast tarief voor verzending. Voor alle overige landen binnen de Europese Gemeenschap geldt een hoger tarief.
EU-countries
For countries within the European Union (except for NL & BE) we have a separate shipping rate.
Europe – Non-EU countries
For countries within the European area (but not members of the European Union) we have a separate shipping rate.
Outside EU
For countries outside Europe (and outside the European Union) there are two shipping rates: one for larger instruments and one for accessories.
If you have a mixed order (instruments plus accessories together) please choose the highest shipping rate.

De afhandelingskosten van PayPal zijn momenteel dermate hoog dat wij genoodzaakt zijn hiervoor een toeslag te berekenen. Dit is geoorloofd volgens de Europese wetgeving. Op dit moment bedragen de kosten 3,4% van het orderbedrag.

Digitale Downloads Tips

Mocht een digitaal product na uw betaling niet te downloaden zijn, voer dan eerst deze acties uit:
1) Gebruikt u een VPN? Zet deze dan tijdelijk uit voor het downloaden.
2) Verwijder cookies en cache uit uw webbrowser. U moet dan wel opnieuw inloggen voor de download.
